In a collection of poetry by the same poet, it is not necessary to put the poet's name as a by-line on each poem. Typically, the poet's name is prominently displayed on the cover and title page of the collection. Each poem within the collection can simply be presented with its title, allowing the reader to focus on the poetry itself without repetitive by-lines.
However, if the collection includes poems by multiple poets, then including the poet's name as a by-line on each poem would be important for clarity and attribution.
